Welcome to Civista! We’re pleased you are joining the Civista team.
On behalf of the Human Resources department, we welcome you to employment at Civista Medical Center. All new employees of Civista must attend New Employee Orientation. Information about New Employee Orientation is provided for you through the links on this page. Clinical Employees must also attend Clinical Orientation. Human Resources will provide you with your Clinical Orientation date during your pre-employment appointment. Please arrive no later than 7:50 am for registration.
Orientation will begin promptly at 8:00 am.
What to bring:
- Employee Identification Badge – if you have already received one
- Please bring a voided check or deposit ticket if you would like to sign up for direct deposit and have not done so during your pre-employment appointment
What we provide:
- Pens to write with
- Continental breakfast
- There are vending machines on the premises to purchase cold drinks and snacks.
- The cafeteria opens at 11:30 am to purchase food. A microwave is available for your use if you bring a lunch.
Attire:
Civista Medical Center is a professional working environment and therefore employees are expected to dress accordingly. Business Casual attire is required for all orientations. If your department requires you to wear a uniform while on duty, you are welcome to wear that to orientation. No jeans, shorts, tank tops, flip flops, etc. Appropriate closed-toed shoes are required.
